[00:15.7]
No sugar coating, no get rich quick schemes, just honest advice with a healthy dose of humor and hope. We're your hosts, Gayle and Candice, two online entrepreneurs who've been there, done that, and lived together.
[00:31.9]
Tell the tale. So if you're looking for straight talk, practical tips, and the occasional reality check to get your online business moving, you're in the right place. Let's get down to business. Welcome back, everybody, to another episode of the Grit Reapers.
[00:51.2]
We are really lucky to have Kasia Rutkovia with us today. Hi, Kasha. Hello. And hi. Hello, guys. Hello. So if you don't know Kasia, I actually met Kasia last year.
[01:10.0]
We. We hopped on a zoom just to meet and. And chat, and she has got the most, like, potent, contagious, powerful energy. And I said to Gail, we have to have her on our podcast because she is, like, a powerhouse of a woman, and her expertise and her passion lies in.
[01:35.0]
In developing. Helping women develop confidence. And today, we are specifically going to be speaking about, like, how do you show up online with confidence and dare to stand out?
[01:51.3]
So, Kasia, welcome to our podcast. We're very happy to have you here. I'm very happy to be here, and thank you for the invitation. Awesome. So, Kasia, why don't you just. Let's just, like, get right into it and maybe we can talk a little bit about, like, why.
[02:10.5]
Why is this such an important thing? And even if, like, some people will be able to put up their hands and say, that is me, like, I don't have confidence. I'm, like, anxious to be online, show my face, get visible, say what I really think, some people will know that them and then some people who might be confident.
[02:30.9]
We all have those moments, like, where you suddenly think, oh, like, I don't know if I should say that or I don't know if I should pose that. So even confident people, I'm sure you. You. You must have seen this, can have moments where they, like, uncertain. So do you want to share with us, like, a little bit about what you believe?
[02:49.8]
It, like, is important when it comes to nurturing or developing confidence and how it impacts on how we show up. Oh, absolutely. So first things first. We all started our businesses for a reason.
[03:08.8]
None of us was born a business owner. None of us was born with social media around. And you and Gail, we remember times without. And. And probably all of the. Of the. All of the people listening and watching, remember times without cell phones, without the Internet.
[03:26.5]
And so for many of us, this thing is not new, but it's something that we had to accustom us to, right? Because the kids, our children, the next generation. Can you seriously remember times without Internet, without Google, without being able to find out anything about anyone in a split second?
[03:49.2]
But for us, this is something we had to learn. This is the first thing. And the second thing is that all of us, probably before entering a business space and having this idea, oh, maybe I could do this for a living. Maybe I could take what I know, whether it's something from my actual background, but something, maybe something different.
[04:12.0]
You know, I have clients that went from being lawyers to teaching people how to cook. Right. So the passion is, it doesn't have to lie in your background like what you did for a living before, maybe something new. Like it's. For me, it's also something new.
[04:27.0]
I'm. I'm a veterinarian by, you know, I started my adult life as a veterinarian. So this is something new. And so when you add these two together, this is something, a new role you, you're stepping into as you start a business.
[04:44.5]
You now are this, you are your business. You are the face of your business. And whenever you want to acquire clients or you know, speak to an audience, make, create an audience, gather an audience, you are in this role, this new role.
[05:01.0]
Plus you have this technology that allows you to connect with, with people all over the world. Like I'm connecting with you. Like this is crazy. It. It really blows my mind every single time. And then you have all of that. Plus you have your all ton like tons of beliefs about yourself, who you are, if you're good enough.
[05:23.1]
What you mean about business, what you mean about social media, what you mean about, you know, people following the meaning you have about people unfollowing you, the people you have the meaning you have about people who subscribe to your email list and those who unsubscribe and all those things and, and all this chatter, mind chatter you bring into your business and then you have to show up.
[05:46.0]
Okay, so this is what we're dealing with. And one more thing we're dealing with that I can see so much right now going into 25 and, and further. It's not 2015 anymore. You cannot just show up and sell anything and claim that you do this or that and people are going to flock to you and buy anything you put up because people are getting more educated.
[06:12.9]
You know, it's not enough just to put. And, and I talk about this recently a lot in my content and with my clients that it's not enough to just post educational content because we all have chat GPT now. We do not Google like Google is the first thing, but chat GPT like it's not enough.
[06:30.2]
And so if, if right now you want to create a business that is meaningful. And by meaningful, I mean that on many levels. Well, first of all, you want to help a lot of people, right? You want to make a shit ton of money and you want to create a ripple effect in the world.
[06:45.6]
And then you have to make a decision where you. Whether you are more committed to your fears and to your internal chatter or you more committed to that vision that you have, to that dream that you have and to your why. And the first thing that really stops people in their tracks when they realize is just.
[07:03.6]
Yeah, I've been doing that a lot. I've been dwelling on my insecurity. Insecurities, my somehow shitty beliefs around worthiness and, you know, all that imposter syndrome thing. And very often also money, right?
[07:22.0]
And visibility. Also thinks about my looks, about my accent, right? Hello. And I've been. Because I, I've been there. I've been there. I. Before I entered. And a little backstory, before I entered into the, you know, this online coaching space, I had to make a decision which language I wanted to.
[07:43.3]
To do that. I, I had three choices and I decided that English is, you know, is. Is the smartest one, because then I can impact most people. But then I was. I had those stories that, what if it's not good enough? What if, you know, what if I should wait?
[07:59.2]
What if I should learn more? What if I should just make it better, make it perfect, which is. It's never going to be. Yeah. And. And we have all those things, right? So at some point, and preferably earlier than later, you want to stop and say, like, wait, like, why am I doing this in the first place?
[08:20.1]
Why is this important for me? And why would I choose putting my insecurities before everything that I get to do in this? Because if I am to dwell on all the things that don't make.
[08:38.6]
Make me not perfect, unperfect, they're imperfect. See my English. But you. You still got what I wanted to say, right? Exactly. Like, really, seriously, to anybody listening, if you are still in your head, I want to lovingly call you out and say, this is so freaking selfish.
[08:59.1]
You're making it about you. And your business is not about you. It was never about you. You are your business. Yes. And you want to take care of yourself and you want to do it to the best of your ability right now. But guess what? You're going to get better and then you're going to look at your content from a year ago, and then you're going to see, like, shit, did I really post it?
[09:23.2]
But you did. And now you a year further ahead. And I'm saying it like, recently, at the age of 46, I decided to start my YouTube channel. And it was just, you know, a few months back, and right now I'm looking at my very first videos and I'm thinking, like, shit, like, what was that?
[09:41.0]
And, and, and it was just, you know, three months ago. But guess what? It was necessary. Because without those videos, without me daring to go out there and say, like, here I am. Take it or leaving, leave it, like, I can do so much for you and I'm willing to show up for that because I know that once my people find me, we will be able to create so much good in the world.
[10:04.7]
And that is more important than me overthinking if this is good enough, if my background is good enough, if my topic is good enough, if my equipment is good enough. This is all bullshit. I really love when you say at some point you've got to make a decision, like, yeah, you're more committed to your fears and your internal chatter versus what I actually know I can do in the world.
[10:29.1]
You've got to actually make that choice. And then you gotta just like, go for it or go all in. You just have to go all in. Definitely, I, I definitely struggled with this. And I think it's kind of as you get older as well, you know, coming in as an older entrepreneur with all the wrinkles and, you know, the, the non tech ness.
[10:54.3]
And I saw another reel from one of our friends, Meg, who also was, you know, going on about, like, guys, I can't, I don't feel comfortable any longer, just like putting on some lipstick and creating a real.
[11:10.9]
You know, she's like, because I'm getting older and I'm getting spots and I'm getting wrinkles and. But you know what? There comes a time where you just have to, as you say, Kashi, you just have to go like, well, effort. That's what I'm going to do.
[11:26.4]
Take me or leave me. And there'll be people who look at you and go, like, I'm not going to learn from that person. And that's also fine. But then you're going to find people who like, wow, I'm going to learn from her, because if she can do it, I can do it. So, yeah, I love that.
[11:44.2]
Yeah. And you see, this is what happens every single time without fail, like, every single time when this happens, when you take ownership of who you are, what you do, and how you are. Because this is also important you right now.
[12:00.0]
You cannot just, just show up. And this is what I also talked a little bit like, sure. You know, inspirational content, which was good enough back in the day, or, you know, like value content. Right now you really have to stop scrolling, stop scroll, right?
[12:20.0]
Let people allow people to, you know, when they meet you to really like shit. What? Like, what's that like? Wait, wait, wait, wait. What is she talking about? Right? You want to have that stop scrolling effect on social media. And the only way to do that is to own who you are, what you do, and also know that you are the best choice for your perfect help seeking human.
[12:45.0]
And own it. And also own the fact that not everybody is that when you do that, the magic that it really makes me, it makes me proud, it makes me happy, it makes me cry every time that another woman steps into her power and says, all right, I'm devoted right now to dismantling all the shit that I've been carrying.
[13:11.7]
And as I do, I'm gonna start stepping up and stepping into my power already now to, to the best of my ability. Because, you know, with my client, this is what I do. You know, you start at some point in your life with the baggage of your personal beliefs and your story and stuff like that.
[13:30.4]
And you can do it the hard way. So by pushing and by feeling the discomfort and by taking two steps forward, one step back, and you're going to get there somewhere eventually. But I do believe that, you know, life's too short, just, you know, to struggle yourself to whatever point you're.
[13:48.4]
You want to reach. I believe in ease. I'm an easy girl. I don't believe in hardship. I don't believe in struggle. I don't believe that any of the things that you do in your business should feel like work or any, like any hardship.
[14:04.3]
And so I'm choosing the easy way. And that is helping my clients really completely reinvent how they see themselves. Because when they, there's a, there's difference. Reinventing yourself and reinventing how you see yourself, reinventing yourself is more about action.
[14:23.6]
And that if that meets your, the beliefs that go against it, it's going to be a push, right? There's going to be, there's going to be friction, there's going to be, it's, it's not going to be, it's going to feel like, still uncomfortable. I'm pushing myself. I know I need to do that.
[14:39.9]
But, you know, I'm, I'm stepping into that person from that perspective of Of I have to do that versus I'm going to reinvent how I see myself. I'm going to reinvent what I believe about myself. About money, about business, about selling, about high ticket clients, about me being worthy of the best life I came here to live, and about me creating ripple effect on my clients, their lives, their families, their health, their relationships, their sex life, whatever you're helping them with.
[15:09.7]
And I'm going to own it from, from inside. Because once I do that, then stepping on a stage, then writing that book, then starting that podcast, and then like, whatever it is that you want to do is easy.
[15:25.1]
It is so easy when you are that person on the, on the inner side. When you wake up in the morning and say, like, shit, of course I'm going to show up. Yes, of course I'm going to share it. Like, this is rocking some boats. Amazing.
[15:41.4]
Because when you rock the boats, when you show up as your true self, the people who connect to that, they're gonna click instantly. When you do that. People say, you know, in order for people to buy, people have to know, like, and trust you.
[16:00.3]
I just signed up a client who landed on my YouTube four days ago. Four days ago. Like, seriously? Yes, of course there will be people who are sleepers, who are just watching, you know, never sharing anything, never, never answering, never, you know, engaging.
[16:21.4]
For some of them, it's going to click at some point. For others, it's not going to do that. But when you are connected to your why and to knowing that there is always someone on the other side who needs to hear this today and that it's more, this is more important than anything, then you're going to collect your.
[16:41.2]
And then you're going to say, okay, let's go. Ready? Yeah. That, that is definitely some powerful, powerful stuff, Kasia. And I think, I think, like, it makes so much sense listening to you, but I think where it's difficult is dismantling those beliefs that you have about yourself.
[17:11.3]
Because, you know, maybe you've been in this online space now, Kens and I have been in for five years and, you know, you're feeling a little bruised and bloodied. We always laugh about it. You know, you've been around, you've been through the, the mill and you've, in these last five years or, you know, in your business, you've.
[17:31.9]
You've accumulated more baggage and more beliefs based on the experiences that you've had in the last five years. So it's, I'd love to hear a bit more about the process of dismantling those beliefs.
[17:48.2]
Like, yeah, because I'm sure people are sitting here going like me, like this makes so much sense, but it's gonna be, it's gonna be hard. Although you said you not into hard, so it would be, it would be good to hear a little more.
[18:04.9]
Oh my gosh, I'm not into hard. Like, and, and the women who are around me have been around me for any amount of time. They, they know that I'm so particular around that word. Words like must and I have to or I should.
[18:20.0]
Like, like when you are around me, you're going to learn so fast that there's nothing you have to do, there's nothing you should do, there's nothing you must do. I mean you get to do that. You choose to do that depending on what your vision is and what you really want and who you want to be and what you want to be known for and what's your idea for your most luscious life and business.
[18:48.5]
But there's nothing and nobody that says, like even if you hire the best, world's best business coach, nobody can tell you you must do that. I mean you can do that. You can follow, you can follow another coach. You can like. But so first of all, just take a deep breath everybody, and realize there's nothing really you have to do.
[19:09.0]
Isn't that just a relief? That's first. Right? And also you don't have to dismantle those beliefs. By all means. This is also what I said. You can choose the long route, the harder route, the more life is choice.
[19:24.2]
I mean, you cannot get to. And you know that if your coaches, consultants, therapists, you can tell your clients that you know it in your, from your perspective, from your expertise, this is the best choice or one of the best ways to go about things. But whether they do it or not, it's up to them.
[19:42.1]
It's not your responsibility. Right. And so it's, it's everybody's here responsibility listening to us to, to, to decide whether A, it makes sense for them and B, whether this is something they would love to give a go or not.
[19:57.5]
And that's it. There nothing they have to do. And so that's first thing that is liberating and why I claim it's easy and I know it's easy and I have proof that it's easy. It's that there's difference be between, you know, coaching yourself or being coached out of limiting beliefs.
[20:19.6]
And there we, we can do a lot. Well, a good coach will be able to drastically in a Positive way change your outlook at things and yourself. Right. First of all, they will teach you how to ask yourself better questions. And this in itself changes the quality of your life and business.
[20:36.2]
We know that. But I happen to be an expert in subconscious reprogramming, which is the, the extra, the magical sauce. This is why I'm the confidence magician. Because, because you know, I am able and anybody, not just me, I'm, I'm not the only person in the world just to put it out there who does that.
[20:54.4]
But anybody who has, who knows how to work with the subconscious mind, whether it's hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and people who are really into the subconscious are able to create shifts in their clients that are instantaneous and that are long term.
[21:13.4]
Okay? And this is why you can come as a smoker to, you know, a subconscious reprogramming expert and come out as a non smoker, non smoker and never reach for a cigarette again. All right? And, and if that is possible right from, you know, like that, then anything is possible.
[21:34.9]
You can be afraid of spiders and then, you know, find yourself in a terrarium full of spiders and then be okay with that. Right? This is the same, but not the same. Okay? So if, if I'm the way I work is. And the fastest way to change is changing how you see yourself on the, on the subconscious level, below the surface.
[21:59.8]
Because the secret of, of a rapid and lasting change is, lays always below the se, below the surface. You can do this consciously, but that requires repetition and that's doable. You can definitely do it by repeating that process, talking yourself out of something enough times, pushing yourself enough times to do something that feels uncomfortable or you know, just explaining something to yourself enough times is going to create a lasting effect also because you know, confidence comes with competence and competence comes with repetition.
[22:42.7]
But the fastest way is to change how your subconscious mind perceives a topic. A topic of money, a topic of self worth, a topic of your looks, a topic of how you sound, a topic of social media altogether or you stepping up or being polarizing or success or, or failure, you name it.
[23:06.0]
So when you are able to tackle those beliefs on the conscious and subconscious level, the change is like that. Because what, it also changes and I'm big on that, but that would require like more episodes for sure.
[23:21.6]
That is, it also changes your energetical charge, the charge of your being as such, because you start showing up in a different way and you start exuding a different type of energy. Energy. And that different type of energy is going to then attract a different type of client, a different type of experience, a different type of opportunity.
[23:40.8]
And the, can you see how this just adds up and it becomes this snowball and before, you know, you're on that stage and you think, like, I mean, I'm, I'm here, I'm doing that. I'm really changing lives, I'm really having that impact and, and my family can feel it.
[24:00.4]
And I mean, I, my life feels just, I, I feel excited to jump out of bed. I mean, I love Mondays. I don't know you. How about you guys? But I, I'm so happy on Monday morning. I am so happy every Monday because I love what I do.
[24:18.5]
And it gets to feel easy and exciting and that's it, that's enough. And so when you get to that point, business becomes, yes, it has its challenges, yes, it has, you know, ups and downs.
[24:34.6]
Well, of course life has, but you are different. And so tackling those ups and downs is different. So dealing with mean comments, it's not even different. Like, why would you even spend time on that?
[24:51.2]
So, you know, everything that you get to do comes from who you are. And if you change to become that person who is, just feels worthy, knows that you are great at what you do and you are able to articulate it and talk about it like it's the best thing that can happen to your ideal human meeting you, then those people are going to be flocking.
[25:16.6]
They're going to be, honestly, they're going to be so grateful that you dare to stand out. That's enough, Gail. Do you see what I mean about her energy? Oh, absolutely.
[25:31.8]
Right. You feel like you can do anything after you speak together. I think what's, what's really standing out for me is if you even think back just to like even, maybe even like last year, I think it was like people were thinking, the thing that's going to make me stand out is my content.
[25:53.5]
It's the value posts, the educational posts. It's, you know, there was a perception that it's the content that's going to bring people to me. And I think what, what I'm taking away, the way I'm hearing it through my lens is, well, that might have been like a few years ago, but actually now it's not the content that's going to be the attracting force, it's you.
[26:18.3]
It's like owning who you are, saying the things you don't. You, you've maybe been like thinking it all the time, but you're too scared to put it out. It's. There's a, there's a change in what is the Meg, the magnet. It's not the content, it's you.
[26:33.8]
It's what you bring. It's owning and daring to be you in like, your fullness. And then I think what you're saying, which I really love, which I really like, it landed for me is like. And I think James Wedmore, I know he speaks about this when it comes to objections your audience has about your offer.
[26:55.4]
And if you not helping your audience break down the beliefs they have, they are never going to take action. And I think that's similar to what you were saying. It's like if you don't change what you think, everything's going to feel hard.
[27:12.4]
When you change what you think, you're not fighting against yourself anymore. So there's more ease and more flow. Absolutely. Well, me and James, we happen to have the same mentor. And this mentor says the doing is only as effective as the being doing the doing.
[27:32.3]
I'm gonna say it, I'm gonna say it again. The doing, like what you do is going to be only as effective as the human that you are, as the person that you are. Right. As the being that you are. And that. So we can look at it in many ways.
[27:47.9]
One is the same piece of content showed by like the same, let's just say the same copy, the same transcript of a live delivered by two different people. It's going to land differently and it's going to connect with different people.
[28:05.0]
And it is also very possible that content delivered by one person is going to connect with many people and with the other person is not going to connect to many people. Not nobody at all. Right, so this is the energy that you bring many.
[28:24.9]
Yesterday, no, the day before, I had a call with, with a dear client of mine. I'm working with her one on one. And she was somehow there's a big thing coming up for her. And so she, because she is fairly new coach, what was coming up for her was that she's fairly new, but she's in her.
[28:46.9]
Actually she's in her late 60s. And I say, let's flip that. You're not new to that you are new to this. New like this, this version of you as a coach, having to sell that in a new way because this is now for you and for your business.
[29:04.2]
But you've been doing that for 40 years. How is that new? How is that new? And then it really, it made her like. I mean, of course, I mean. And I said, when you get. When we can get yourself to own that.
[29:20.8]
Like, you know, that's the story, guys. When, when ship is supposed to sail out of a, you know, harbor with I don't know how many tons of bananas and they're worth a lot of money and. But something breaks, you know that.
[29:37.6]
And, and they are calling, you know, they need a mechanic to, to deal with that. Someone who's going to know what to do. And everybody comes and nobody knows what it is. And. And then they know that there is this guy, this older guy, but he's.
[29:53.6]
He's rather expensive, but he knows everything about ships and engines. And then this older guy comes and he asks a lot of questions that seem like ridiculous questions. Like what? Why would he ask about this? And why would he ask about that? And he's like, okay, well, and then he gets into the engine room and.
[30:11.1]
And he takes his Hummer and he just bangs one single time. The ship engine starts and he says, $100,000 please. It's done. And then they say, nuts. It has taken you like what, 15 minutes to, to ask some questions that were.
[30:27.6]
Didn't make sense. And then you just use a hammer once and then what? And he says, yeah, but it has taken me 50 years to learn what questions to ask, so I know where I should bang. Yeah, right. And that's this thing that you want to own. This is what you own.
[30:43.6]
This is who you are. You're not a newer coach or a new expert. Even if you're entering a newer niche, you have some experience, okay, that might not be 40 years, 50 years, or even 10 years, but you are so much further ahead.
[30:58.6]
A person who would want to work with you, you know, the things that are going to save them time, money that is go, that are going to make their relationships better, that are going to improve their health. And until.
[31:14.9]
In this day and age, until you own this fully, because it's not enough just to show up, you have to own it. How great you are and knowing that what you do is of value and that you worthy of being paid a lot of money for that. When you do that, things re evaluate themselves.
[31:33.6]
Different type of client, different type of, you know, experience for all of you, for you, for them, for. For everybody involved. Yeah. So. And also you are where your attention is. Right?
[31:49.4]
So you all can all. You always get to choose where, where you want to be in. If you want to focus on the challenge or if you want to focus on the solution, if you want to see things from a perspective of, of struggle or if you want to See things from a perspective of another opportunity.
[32:09.0]
Right. And that also when you. You can in many ways train yourself to think in a different way. For some people, it be it's easier than for others, it's different. Definitely worth trying the. The conscious ways of changing things.
[32:24.6]
Absolutely. Else, if you want to take a fast route, it's worth finding someone who deals with, who knows how to talk to your subconscious, because then it's going to be. But then buckle up because it's going to go so fast that it's crazy.
[32:46.0]
I love, I love that I must just tell you a quick mountain biking story. So my husband and I mountain bike together and I have this thing about rocks. Like, rocks and me are just not friends. And my husband is so good, he just like shoots through them and he finds the right line.
[33:04.3]
And then we would. We were in a group cycle and I was with a lady at the back, and she said to me, she said, gail, why are you looking at the rock? She's like, where you look, you are going to hit that rock.
[33:20.6]
She's like, you need to be looking where you want to go, not looking at the rock. I'm like, how do I not look at the rock? I'm trying to not hit the rock. She's like, your peripheral vision and your subconscious, if you look where you need to go, you have.
[33:39.2]
Your brain already knows that there's a rock there and it will take. It will avoid it. And I was like, no, that can't be. And she's like, try it. I tell you, I hit a lot fewer rocks these days. But choose, Bob.
[33:55.0]
As soon as I start looking at the rock, I'll hit that rock. So as you were saying, you can choose to focus on the struggles or you can choose to focus on, you know, the end game. So that. Yeah, it happens with mountain biking too.
[34:12.4]
Yeah, it happens with everything you are, where your attention is every single time. You know, personal story. I'm divorced twice. You know, I'm in my third marriage. And so going through the turmoil of. Of divorces and changing lives and reinventing everything, you know, with three small kids at that time, I remember had my attend.
[34:36.5]
If I were to choose my attention to put my attention on the struggle, that would be so much harder then, you know, put your attention on what you want to create. Right. Same story. You know, we have all. We all deal like, with loss, whether, you know, it's a split, someone leaves because we decide to split, or someone dies or some things happen that are outside of our control.
[35:01.1]
Life is what it Is and we always get to choose how we want to look at it. You know, the way you change the way the, the moment you change the way you look at things, the things that you look at change. And that goes for everything. Business is no different.
[35:18.6]
And I'm just like this, this time. I'm generally about ease. But, but, but my, my type of person out there is the person, the woman who says, like, okay, I might have been bad at that, you know, or good at that, or rather good at finding rocks, right?
[35:39.9]
But now I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm fucking done. I want to, I want to choose ease. I want to choose to make it like, to make it empowered. I want to choose to feel good. I want this. I'm ready, I'm ready. I'm ready to step up.
[35:57.1]
I'm ready to make that next decision because there is so much that awaits me. I can feel it. You know that feeling when you know something good is coming but you cannot really like, when you're at that point. Oh, it's, there's so much good.
[36:12.8]
There's so much good awaiting when you just give yourself permission to give it all you've got. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. I was thinking, okay, I need to get in Kasha's program
[36:31.3]
looking at my bank accounts. So wow, Kasha, I mean I, I, I've said it in this podcast. I said it to you when we met online in our little coffee meeting. But your energy is absolutely like contagious.

Yeah. Yeah. Well, thank you so much. Thank you for the invitation and I'm happy that it comes through because guys, I mean, this is it. Like, I, there's nothing really.
[38:02.8]
Of course I'm a mom, you know, I'm a wife and, but when I see another woman stepping up and giving herself permission to shine and to call it all in and to say, you know, I'm ready to help more people right now, despite being messy, unperfect, despite not having all, you know, like, control over so many things, that is all irrelevant because I know that I.
[38:35.4]
What I bring into the world has such value that once I give myself that, you know, green light, I give myself green light, not anybody else. Once I do that for myself, when I'm saying, like, yes, I. I can do that, and those people are going to start, you know, flocking, and I'm going to start helping them.
[38:55.4]
We're going to make. We women, we're gonna make this world a better place. And I mean, I think it also comes in a good time, you know, just globally at the more feminine energy, the energy of the. I mean, we do need masculine energy in our businesses, for sure.
[39:13.5]
No doubt about it. But if we can infuse this world with more of that feminine, gorgeous, creating absolutely loving energy, I mean, then we're gonna make this world. We're gonna leave this world a little bit better than we met it.
[39:31.3]
And that's just enough for me. Oh, amazing. Oh, wow. Kasha, thank you so, so much. We will definitely be inviting you back on. And like I said, all of Kasha's links will be in this episode.
[39:46.7]
